<description>Well, the first link is broken here, but I saw this article elsewhere on my own, and on behalf of everyone here, let me just say, umm....What the fuck??

The nonchalance of the writer in depicting this technology is a bit astounding, no? He breezily mentions that the company "uses an audio spotlight device from a rooftop speaker so that the sound is contained only within the listener's cranium" as if he was saying "....and General Mills has announced a new cinnimon flavored marshmellow in their Lucky Charms cereal."

This machine BEAMS COMMERCIALS DIRECTLY INTO YOUR GODDAMN BRAIN!!

Is it me, or has marketing technology suddenly taken a bit of a quantum leap. Was I asleep when they developed this device? I mean what the fuck!? Doesn't something in the following conversation seem off?

"Alright, anymore ideas for a marketing this new A&#38;E show?"

"Well we can either take out some 20 second ads on Youtube, maybe buy a spot before the season finale of Heroes? Bob thought we could maybe we could do a cross-linked promotion with iTunes? Or we could use our fucking ray gun on the roof to fire off comercials into the goddamn brain pan of random passersby."

"Yeah, lets go with the youtube thing, and the brain thing."</description>
