		<description>white balance.  With cameras that don't have manual white balance control, usly you can just hold something white in front of the lens THEN turn the camera on. It should balance out your color temperature.  Although if you were to put a soft vignette on that beat pic it would be very lomo-ey.</description>

As for your McDonalds question, thank you for settling that particular bidness.  However, as an Attorney, I must warn you that some places are indeed forced to charge you higher fees by law, not by choice.  This depends largely on the city, as the municipal tax rules may have different taxation requirements for different "types" of restaurants.  For example, San Francisco has different taxation reqs for "toasted sandwiches" then for normal sandwiches (toasting designates you as a bakery or something), so they actually have to charge you more if you ask them to toast your sandwich.  So I'm afraid you have only settled your question as per the district of LA you were in.
