I was a little skeptical at first, wondering what strings were attached. The only real “string” is that if you need technical support, there is a five dollar charge. However, the setup is so simple that unless you really don’t know what you’re doing, you’ll never encounter a charge. All you need to do is get your local number, create a dialer, and boom, free internet. The only drawback is, Dial in Free is only available in the 231, 616, and 269 area codes. The cancelation process usually goes something like this: they will force you to call 3 different call centers in mumbai, bangalore, and uttar pradesh to speak to no less than a dozen fine Urdu gentlemen, who will each do their utmost to earn their 11 rupees by confusing, beguiling, and apologizing their way into making you hang up and being stuck with your Netzero bill, which is more accurately called Nettenninetyfive.
