I use a squeeze bottle as well from Sinus Rinse. Make sure that only saline solution goes up there so that you don't burn your nose out with chemicals.

I haven't used a neti-pot, but instead I use a squeeze bottle made for sinus rinsing. I have severe allergies and the neti-pot wouldn't have been as worthwhile. The neti-pot is pure gravity, the squeeze bottle allows me to get some pressure to rinse the sinuses. At first, it was awkward, but now it's just routine and I definitely notice if I don't' use it.

i researched this this past winter... it's basically an irrigation system for your sinuses. we bought a neti-pot-like one to use (it was cheaper) when we got sick. alvin used it more than me... i think it's so uncomfortable and definitely not the most elegant thing to do, but a lot of people seem to swear by it. i think im just too scared when i use it haha. but for the jist of its use, tilt head and put the nozzle on one side of the nose and squeeze/pour to make it come out of the other nostril. it feels like getting water in your nose when youre swimming, but doesnt sting as much.
