That is much larger than even the horseiest horse pill. So why not the pill? Could you eat a pill that was shaped like a bite of steak? Can you hide your pills in foods, or do you have some vampire-to-garlic instinct that alerts you when pills are nearby? If it's the gel-cap plasticy ones that float, instead of throwing your headback when you swallow (like the regular pressed-pills), tip your head forward so that you're looking at your feet and your chin is pointed down. Since the gel-caps float, this makes them float to the back of your throat and voila! Easy to swallow. Here’s a tip I learned about swallowing pills.
