Crazy Housing Stats

2.7% of houses are sitting empty in the US. This number has never exceeded 2% until now.

11% of complete condos are currently unoccupied.

There has been an 800% increase of foreclosures in the first 3 months of the year in California.

  3. foreclosures are def. up due to people not being able to afford their sub-prime mortgages.
