  1. Let me know if you ever want to go to Alice Waters’ restaurant - Chez Panisse - let me know - I would be more than happy to fly out there! Also I heard they are booked two weeks week.

  3. I just got back from Charleston, South Carolina. Before I went I was asking people here (north Carolina) what is so great about Charleston because I didn’t know, everybody said the food! I was like yeah whatever, food smood. Now that imp back I have to say that it was the best eating experience I’ve ever had. Every place we went to was INCREDABLE. I swore that whatever I ordered was the best thing I wanted everybody at the table to try some of my food just so I could rub it in. Also I discovered the joys of the cheese platter! If you ever see a cheese platter on a menu ORDER IT!!!

  4. One of the best thing about Seattle that I miss is the wine and cheese bar. They would offer you a tapas assortment with suggested matching wines or beers! My friends and I would spend hours there drinking, eating, and being merry!
