My name is Kim and I love all things geek! I live in Los Angeles, CA but grew up in the midwest. I have a mom and dad who are vegetarians, a sister who makes cute and yummy food, another sister who sells things on ebay, and a brother who is too busy making movies to blog. Some of my favorite things to do: hang out with friends, look up recipes that I am too lazy to cook, raise you all in, buy things for less than they are worth, travel to far and distant lands, and watch documentaries.

If you would like to know more about this website, it is basically a log of all of the cool things I have found on the internet. This has come to be a place for me to keep track of all of these neat things I’ve found through the web and that I think other people might enjoy too. I have been keeping an internet blog in some shape or form since I first discovered the internet in the 90s: geocities, livejournal, xanga, to vox. You name it, I have it. About 4 years ago, I registered girlrobot.net as a sign of my affection for robots and all things geek. Now I’m finally making use of it!
