This is a cool site, rentometer. You input your address, # of rooms, and the price you are paying and it will compare it to the prices around your area. I put mine in and I’m slightly lower than my area! Yay! This should help you if you are looking for a new place to rent or even renting out your place and want to know the average price people are paying for your area.
