My favorite thing to buy lately is a box of clementine cuties from Trader Joe’s. They’re so easy to peel and eat and virtually a no mess snack. And they are usually much sweeter than oranges.



Why everybody should be eating clementines:

- a medium sized clementine is only 50 calories!

- it’s a great source of Vitamin C, fiber, folate, potassium and antioxidants

- it’s supposed to be great for your vision and if consumed daily can reduce vision loss associated with aging

- the smell of clementines is supposed to be stress reducing and calming. i agree..i love the smell!

speaking of trader joe’s, i’ve lately become obsessed with their canned trout. am i weird that i love canned fish??

i also bought their microwavable steel cut oatmeal + chunky apples in a jar. i’m trying to recreate the jamba juice oatmeal hehe. i’ll report back on my findings when i eat it!

any trader joe’s fans out there? any products I should be trying???
