Predict Your Child’s Future
Some things I’ve heard about lately. Do you know/think these are true?
If you measure a kid when he’s 2 years old and double that number you will get his “adult” height!
And then I just read this one that will tell you if your child will grow up to be numerate or literate depending on the length of your fingers:
Did that one work for you? Any other ones you’ve heard?

I mean “love” not “loved” in the last comment. See, I am better in math.

well i recently read something (not related to children) saying that guys ring fingers relative to their index fingers are longer, and girls index and ring fingers are more or less the same length. going by the picture above, i think it’s wrong for me. im more a number person :)

Well, I think its pretty safe to say I’m the most literate person you’ve ever known, and indeed one of the great literary minds of the world, and my ring finger is far longer than my index.
Also, I can hardly count past the number 7. So I think I pretty much blow this theory out of the water.

I don’t know… mine says that I’m more literate, but how come I just don’t feel that way? In fact, I don’t feel like a number person either… :P

Well, at least for me its true. From just a general and comparison of ring finger and index finger, it shows that I should exceed in numeracy. Thus is true because I loved math more than literature. Not that I don’t read, but I can deal with numbers better. This is quite interesting and I must share this with others.
