not sure i’d want to hold a diaper up to my head as an ice pack. ;) it’s kind of like tampons as a way to stop nosebleeds….

drinking milk after exercising just sounds like it’ll make you hurl, hehe.
and the diaper trick is something the nurses will teach you after having a kid! it helps soothe those, umm, areas that need soothing after giving birth :P

I’d go with water since milk is acidic and, thus, can leech calcium from your bones.
