I just found this link about a guy who tried to eat only a dollar’s worth of food a day for the month of November. At first I was excited because I like getting ideas on eating cheap but then when I read through his blog I discovered that he was able to accomplish his goal by skipping meals and eating very simply (rice and beans type food).
I can be cheap but I would NEVER skip a meal! I get too hungry and I love food too much. Anyways, the website disappointed me because he just ended up eating the same thing every day pretty much! I’m pretty sure you could eat cheaply for a month without JUST eating pb&j sandwiches and rice. I wish he had gotten a bit more creative.

That’s just unhealthy. You could get those 3 for $1 frozen burritos or pies, but that’s just DISGUSTING.
