I was just reading an article about the weird/trendy diets going around Hollywood. There are some very interesting ones out there:

    Caveman Diet – For this diet you are only allowed to eat one meal a day in the evening and it should include proteins, carbs, and veggies. Yes, of course this will make you lose weight….YOU’RE BARELY EATING! I don’t think I could go through a whole day without eating until the evening. My stomach would start growling and slowly eating itself by 1pm! Ugh! Next stop….anorexia!

    Facial Analysis Diet – This one seems dumb to me, I wonder if it works? A nutrition analyzes your face to see what nutritional deficiencies and ailments you have. Supposedly it worked for Kate Winslet!

    Blood Type Diet – This diet determines what you should eat by your blood type. So Os should eat meat, A-types should eat veggies, and that Bs and AB-types can eat pretty much anything with only minor restrictions. Hmmm, I need to find out what blood type I am. I hope I’m a B or AB!
