I’ve noticed a lot of people have ant problems in their house. Here are some solutions you can try:

  • Equal parts Borax, Sugar, and Yeast - Leave where the ants hang out. Sugar attracts the ants, Yeast explodes in their tummies, and the Borax poisons them.
  • Seal up cracks and crevices where the ants could be entering
  • Scrub around entry points with a detergent (to remove the trail pheromone) and then spray a residual insecticide
  • Mix white vinegar and water (50/50 mix) and spray on water resistant areas and allow to dry
  • Sprinkle cinnamon or squirt hot sauce where you see the ants come out from
  • Use anything citrus based or a citrus oil which ants hate
