Wow…this mom is amazing. She manages to spend only $4 a week to feed her family of six! Basically she clips coupons from newspapers, circulars, and online websites and only buys things that are free or almost free!
You can see her get over $200 worth of stuff for only a penny here
If you’re interested in finding coupons, good deals, and things for free….these blogs seem to sort of follow what Kathy Spencer does. They have great coupons for Target and CVS especially:

i’m okay spending a little more than $4 to buy fresh produce and not fill my shelves up with preservatives… :/

actually i read an interview with her where she defended herself and that contrary to popular belief she doesn’t just feed her kids unhealthy food. she gets coupons for organic food and fresh produce too!

I’m against her just on behalf of the poor friggen check-out people! This is like a lady who comes and pays with a jar of pennies! They must despise her.
