I Need This: HydraCoach
Anyone who knows me knows that I have a big problem with drinking enough water! I just don’t like to drink it. Give me a coke or sugary drink any day! hehe. Anyways, I came across this little gadget called the HydraCoach. It keeps track of how much you are drinking so you can tell if you need to drink more. It would be a great reminder to keep myself hydrated throughout the day!

I buy one of those tall bottles of water each week and i measure out how much 8 glasses would be. Its almost a bottle and a half. I once i drink it i fill it back up from the britta filter (or water fountain depending where i am).
I drank nothing but water for a entire month and its really crazy how different you feel. I think you should try the experiment and document your process.

I was thinking along the same lines as berto and just reminding you to drink water!

I still think the device is cool! $30 or not. I still want it!

If you spend $30 on a bottle of water that beeps occasionally to remind you to drink it, I am going to slap you.
Alternatively, for $30, I would be happy to call you up every 8 hours to tell you to drink a glass of water.
