I’ve been on a hunt for a healthy alternative drink that isn’t overloaded with sugar. Especially now with my reoccuring kidney stone problem :( I just got over a kidney infection but while I was going through it I drank a lot of cranberry juice. I just noticed from this list of the top 7 sugar filled drinks that most cranberry drinks have a lot of sugar in them because it is such a bitter fruit! That sucks, I guess I will stick to drinking it only if I get another infection. I will also start avoiding orange sodas as several of them made the list! Darn, I love sunkist!

Darn I like Sunkist Orange Soda too. I do remember in college drinking that and being super hyper – must have been all that sugar! hehehe
