These rules are hilarious and I think most men might agree. Here are the top 10:

1 Every man shall allow one empty urinal of separation in a bathroom with three or more urinals
2 If a woman asks to open a jar, you must open it with ease, to prove your masculinity.
3 If it itches, it will be scratched.
4 When eating a banana, never look another man in the eyes and/or comment on the quality of the banana
5 If a man is eating nachos and they are all stuck together, it is considered one nacho.
6 A man will never be afraid of thunderstorms. Ever.
7 They say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. To get to his wallet, you have to start a little lower.
8 Under no circumstances shall another man sit on your lap.
9 If a buddy is outnumbered, out manned, or too drunk to fight, you must jump into the fight.
10 The only pink things that men can like are lady parts and the inside of a steak.

You can read the others at Rules 4 Men and vote for the ones you like!

The best part about Memorial Day Weekend is all of the BBQing. I had korean kalbi, ribs, chicken drumsticks, and various beef and pork cuts. SO DELISH!

Also, this week is just a 3 day work week for me. Happy!

AND for the people who followed me from my xanga days…this is the last week that SSG is working at my company! He’s retiring! Double happiness.

So I’ve been reading up on the hazards and dangers of plastic water bottles and I think I’m going to invest in a stainless steel water bottle. It seems like even those trendy SIGG bottles might be “dangerous”! I remember when Nalgene bottles were all the craze too. I bet in a few years they’ll find something dangerous with stainless steel water bottles as well. Oh well…I found the perfect water bottle so for now, I’m happy with believing that stainless steel water bottles are the safest thing to drink water out of right now. Look how cute!

Next on my list of health craze paranoia is deodorant! I keep reading about the dangers of using antiperspirants and how it can cause Alzheimer’s Disease and other stuff. Well, I’ve decided I should try to go as natural as possible while still keep myself smelling good and dry! I’ve actually been using a powder deodorant from Lush but it’s such a pain putting on. I like the ease of a roll-on so I was happy to discover this one called “the healthy deodorant”

LAVANILA The Healthy Deodorant uses beta-glucan technology to effectively fight odor while soothing, conditioning, and strengthening the skin. It goes on clean, with no sticky wetness, and delivers long-lasting, luxurious results.

I don’t know…do you believe this stuff? It seems like everything out there causes cancer or something or other now. But cancer is on the rise. I think it’s better to be safe than sorry. I am just going to try and go as natural as possible with everything I do/eat!
