I’m a total BBQ and meat girl. I looooove eating food cooked on a grill. But one thing I hate is cleaning the grill! I even used the George Foreman grill for awhile before I got too lazy to clean that up too. I think I have found a solution:

The concept is pretty interesting. You cook the food in a pouch to lock in the moisture while draining the fat. After you are done, you take the meat/veggies out and throw away the pouch. The best part… NO CLEANING NECESSARY!

Listen those gadgets are no good for making food taste good! “Locks in the juices” give me a break! thats total BS!! You want to cook a good steak quick? Do it the Ryan Shelley way!! Get a small thick cut sirlion cook it for 5 mins on each side in your toaster oven YES your toaster oven. So juicy. You dont even have to marinate it. I cook steak for my girlfriend in it and she cant belive how good it is.

the idea of “grilling” a steak in a pouch doesn’t sound appetizing at all! I love grilling bc it has that nice outer crisp to it, i don’t see how a pouch would crisp the outter shell of the food?
