Brain Dump Mondays: Busy Busy

This week I’m super busy. My parents are in town and we’re all preparing for my sister’s wedding on Saturday. Today, boyrobot’s parents will meet my parents for the first time. It will be a very interesting dinner considering they are complete opposites. Boyrobot’s parents are quiet and laidback. My dad talks a LOT and my mom likes to find any reason possible to get offended.

Please wish me luck!!!

PS. I can’t believe my friday link about the animal facts was not even… facts. I’m going to delete that link! Thanks Haku.

PSS. RIP George Carlin. I can’t believe he passed. :(

George Carin was an Icon in my family, I was already a huge fan when I was a little kid, and I made my father take me to his show when I was seven.

Maaaaan, did Papa get some nasty looks that day.

A real shame.

Good luck with the family merger. I still haven’t had to go through that nightmare yet. But at least both your ‘rents speak the same language.

Good luck with the parents meeting. That must be stressful. My parents and the BF’s parents still haven’t met even though they had a chance to.
