Couch To 5K (Again)
Anybody who’s been following my blog knows that I’ve tried to complete the Couch to 5K running program many times with no success. haha. I’m just outright lazy and I hate running. The only reason I keep trying it is I like exercise programs that are structured and have goals or something to work towards. I’m sure one of these times I’ll do it! It’s really not that hard.
Anyways, I’ve renewed my membership at the gym and I plan to go mondays, wednesdays, and either friday or saturday depending on how busy I am.
If you’re trying this program out, one cool trick is to download a music/mp3 splicer thing and load up songs onto your ipod. I do fast songs for the running and slow songs for the walking. That way I don’t have to keep track of the time, I just walk/run according to the music. I forgot the name of the music slicer I use at home but it’s free and very easy to use. I’ll try to look it up when I go home.

actually when I went home I realized the one I had was not a free one (it was a free trial), but I found a free one and will be testing it out this weekend! I’ll write up about it tonight or tomorrow!
